The hotel appeared nice from the outside but had some significant issues once inside. The rooms were decently sized and equipped with useful amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. However, there was a noticeable odor in the hallway and room, which affected the overall cleanliness. I would not consider staying here again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone, except maybe my enemies. The pet-friendly and smoking-friendly policy did not contribute positively to the stay experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is incredible, right in the middle of stores and restaurants, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were large, clean, and had no issues, providing a very comfortable stay. The service was friendly and helpful, with great walking distance to a Harris Teeter. However, the breakfast was just enough to get us going in the morning, and occasionally they ran out of food. Overall, a great value for the rate of the room.

The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, the rooms were kept very clean by housekeeping, but they had a terrible smell like a monkey house at certain temperatures. Service was excellent, especially in setting up breakfast, though I decided to leave my dog in the room for a couple of hours. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions but reeked of smoke. The dining experience varied, with a good selection available in the morning but running out quickly later in the day.
